Background
Felipe was brought to PACK Taiwan when he was just a young dog. His health was poor and his body was frail due to malnutrition. He was also covered in lice and had other parasites. PACK took him in and nursed him back to health and he has lived with us since then. We are looking for a home for him for months but it has been difficult because many people don't want to adopt black dogs.
Personality
Felipe is full of passion and life. He has such a sunny personality and loves to interact with humans. It rare to see him not wagging his tail or showing off his famous smile! His playful personality makes him a very popular dog. He's so easygoing that he will be a great fit for almost any kind of family, as long as he gets enough exercise.

He's perfectly fine with resting while his humans are busy, but once he sees an opportunity he will look for some love! Felipe is also a clean and tidy dog.

All of PACK's dogs are vaccinated annually, dewormed monthly and receive flea and tick medication quarterly. Every dog is spayed/neutered upon arrival at PACK HQ.
