Felipe was brought to PACK Taiwan when he was just a young dog. His health was poor and his body was frail due to malnutrition. He was also covered in lice and had other parasites. PACK took him in and nursed him back to health and he has lived with us since then. We are looking for a home for him for months but it has been difficult because many people don't want to adopt black dogs.
Felipe is full of passion and life. He has such a sunny personality and loves to interact with humans. It rare to see him not wagging his tail or showing off his famous smile! His playful personality makes him a very popular dog. He's so easygoing that he will be a great fit for almost any kind of family, as long as he gets enough exercise.
Felipe is an energetic dog and would be suitable for a human with an active lifestyle. He loves to play!
Felipe is a social dog, always happy to meet new people. He's a true social butterfly.
Felipe is willing to follow a calm and assertive leader but he also needs some of his own space.
Felipe needs less time than other dogs to be comfortable with a new environment.
Felipe is a very stable and obedient dog. He is the rare dog who is suitable for any loving home. He's very adaptable, needing only a couple of days to get used to new environments. He's perfectly fine with resting while his humans are busy, but once he sees an opportunity he will look for some love! Felipe is also a clean and tidy dog.
All of PACK's dogs are vaccinated annually, dewormed monthly and receive flea and tick medication quarterly. Every dog is spayed/neutered upon arrival at PACK HQ.
Felipe has no health issues that we are aware of.
At PACK Academy, we socialize our dogs by exposing them to different stimuli and recording their tolerance levels for each one. These observations help us understand the dogs better, which then helps us find suitable homes for them.

There are some common behavior issues that we see in dogs who have spent a significant amount of time in a shelter. We assess our dogs for these behaviors and provide training plans for adopters to help manage them.

Obedience training is critical for nurturing healthy dog-human relationships and having a well-behaving dog. Our dogs receive basic training at PACK Academy, which provides a foundation for communication between dog and human.
